Welding Training
Boilermakers Local 13 offers welding classes for any member who desires to make themselves more marketable in our Industry. We offer classes in SMAW, GTAW, FCAW, Orbital Welding. These classes are available day and night. Please contact Matt Fink at the union hall to be placed in a class.

PSM Certification Training Session #2

Effective October 16, 2017, annual Process Safety Management (PSM) training is mandatory for all contract workers at Delaware City Refinery (DCR).
PSM training can be obtained either through Delaware Valley Safety Council or through a Built-Rite PSM course. **Currently, PSM is not part of MOST 10-hour training and is not accepted by DCR.** We are in the process of certifying instructors to administer Built-Rite PSM training through the hall but, in the meantime, we are working with other trades to assist us in administering PSM training for our members.
The second PSM Certification Training Session will be held on January 13, 2018 at 8:00 AM located at Plumbers Local 690, 2791 Southampton Road, Philadelphia, PA 19154.
